Chaplains. . . Warn about repeal of DADT. . .

Retired Military chaplains warn against repeal of DADT. . . . . They complain they do not have enough chaplains now.  Hmmm. . . .what's it going to be. . . .?

So, what is next?  Will the military  ---- does it now ? ---- provide kosher food for observant Jews?
What about Muslim dietary laws?   What about 'witches'?  etc

I like to keep things simple. If God doesn't approve of homosexuality then she (Freudian slip) shouldn't have created it in the first place.

If military chaplains don't have a problem with "Thou Shalt Not Kill" or "Love Thy Neighbor" then why do they have a problem with homosexuality?

I'll tell you why: they're all bloody dills.

I agree with Gary on this one and thank you for posting this article, Justi. Without a doubt, this has to be the DUMBEST thing I have read in a long time.

Military chaplains won't volunteer or serve IF the armed services repeal Don't Ask??? Do these people have any Biblical training??? You know, the part where Jesus has meals with tax collectors, Samaritans, women at wells who have had multiple "husbands" lived with others who weren't their husbands?

Even if they believe homosexuality is wrong, this "argument" smacks of the absurd. We counsel anyone except "those" people. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable.

Oh yeah, right! ...here we go again...a minority few who have an adverse view of Homosexuality push the notion that they are more important than the diverse hundreds of gay & lesbian soldiers serving our country!

I agree with this statement from the article: "My heart doesn't bleed for these chaplains," said Mikey Weinstein, president of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation. "If you don't like it, there's a very simple solution: Fold your uniform, file the paperwork and find something else to do."

Pack it up baby!
