Hello Tout le Monde. . Hey there ALL Y'ALL:
This a "break from tradition". . . .from "the olde ways". . LOL. I didn't go home for the longish Easter weekend. I stayed here at Gram's, and not home on The Dunes. They'll just have to do without me. . . hahaaa
Peter drove up late Thursday and will be here until Tuesday. We have several "irons in the the fire". . .things we've been working on for several months. . . .things we've day-dreamed about, discussed and yes, even argued about. . .but always without bloodshed. . hehe.
So our plans and our future is now all falling into place. . . .after all the work and daring to "do something new. . .different. . ." hehehe
Not quite ready, yet, to tell Y'ALL what we are up to. . . .but soon. .
after the last peg is in place. ;-))
And I am pleading with Mother Nature to please let up, let go and move on with her Winter crapola. It has been wet, cold, dark, even spitting snow the other day. . . Enough already. . . "Let the SUN SHINE. . . let the sun shine. . .all over us. . . .Chant you mantra, guys. . .Let it SHIIIIIINNNNNEEEE. hmmm
Justin. . .suffering from Winteritis. . . and stuff. . .LOL

Happy Easter Justin.
Glad that although you're not home, you are still with some people you love. Is my intuition off, or have you encouraged Peter to leave the nest and get out and explore more of the world and have some new experiences? I'm glad that the Bakery is open again, but hope it isn't keeping him from doing more with his life. The security of what we're born into can hold us back from growing and experiencing more of what is possible.
It may not seem like it while in your 20's, but life is short. Let go of the familiar and take chances now, while you are young. You can both retire in P'Town after you've gone out, lived a full life and made the world a better place.
Much love to you both, from my little place on Mt Gilboa (for a few more days anyway, looking for a room May 1) on this beautiful sunny day in the dunes.
Stephen
Sounds like things are progressing nicely. As for winter, I hereby order it banished henceforth. (That ought to do the trick.)
Sorry, but I know that you usually get what we had weather wise and judging from our forcast, yours can't be much better. Today's nice but the whole next week looks cold and rainy.
Hope everything works out better than you can imagine with your plans.
Hey AL. . . you been into them shrooms again??? Banish. . . ?

Thanks for the warning, STEW. . .generally I get my weather forecast from looking out the window. . .and listen to my wrecked=now repaired right shoulder. . .haha
AndPlans / Yes, they are progressing beyond our wildest. . .;-)

Don't you just love those people who can't resist letting you know they've got a secret, but then tell you they can't say what it is?
Meanwhile, bakers are cool. Just about everybody's favorite shop is the bakery.
Yes. . .I do. . .! hehehe
Haha Gary, yes I do "love" those "I've got a secret" teasers.
When I'm out there, hanging for news, "on the hook" so to speak, I get (nicely) annoyed and make a resolution to do the same back to them some time, revenge is sweet.
But, me? Can I do that? Can I hold anything in and not blurt it out? Can I just hint, give people teasers without giving the game away?
Nope.
No chance, no way. I get far too excited and need to share.
It's not that I can't keep a secret, oh no, I can certainly keep things to myself, but if it is something that can eventually be told then I simply keep 100% quiet until the moment arrives.
Why?
If I start letting out snippets, teasers, before the announcement can be made, my mouth runs away with me in the moment...haha! I end up giving the game away and sometimes that is NOT good.
I have learned, the hard way, but that's another story.
So, Justin, STOP IT!! (said with a smiling giggle)
The suspense and imagination at this end is exasperatingly tasty, like the tantalising smell of someone else's good brew of coffee that you just have to get your lips around, but can't, because it is someone else's!!!! .....ha!
So, suffer your cold, it's a perfect, still, sunny cloudless day, low 20C (low 70s F?) here and some Australian indigenous plants are in full flower, warm sweet air.
Even though the BIG oak in the yard next door is just starting to turn yellow and gold as it sheds it's coat to weather our "winter", the bright yellow clumps of flowering wattle looks more like spring.
There, I've waxed all lyrical, somehow fitting for this Easter Holiday.
Cheers and best wishes y'all...!!
For me it is all so exciting I am bursting. . .almost. . .still some minor things to nail down, as it were.
Then . . OPEN O SESAME ! LOL
Today wasn't too bad weather wise. . but the rest of the week doesn't look too great. . .
I will behave. . promise. . .well. . .sort of. . .perhaps. .. ;-)

Well, if I had a choice of marrying a butcher, baker or candle stick maker, I'd choose the baker.
Oops! Have I said the wrong thing?
On the other hand, a candle stick maker could be interesting. And come to think of it, butchers know a thing or two about sausages.
Don't mind me, I'm just waffling on. Pretend I'm not here.
WHAAAAAT???
Pretend. . . .???
And miss 70% of the fun?????
Don't think so. . .;-)
Besides, chatty peeps turned silent and
sitting off by themselves in a corner?
|Naaawwww. I'd always wonder what
you were up to. . . .hahahahaaa
So there! ;-)
