Here is one spoiled brat. . .cry baby. . .wimp. . . name it: he qualitifes. Hasn't earned his citizens-paid salary in years! I've not given it much thought. . .he is someone I think I would enjoy annoying. . . .except I couldn't be bothered! LOL
What brought this on? If you are referring to Boehner, the picture was taken at a reception for black Marine veterans, and has no connection to any of the big political issues of the day. Apparently it was a chance photo that makes him look like he just ate a lemon, but I guess the liberal press will publish anything to make a Republican leader look bad. Can't we move these discussions to a more substantive level?
I am quite aware where this photo was taken! thank you. It is a fitting commentary about his performance this YEAR! Laugh a little, J, it is good for the "humors". . . .;-)
J's comment reminds me of the way some religious people get upset about blasphemy.
I heard some interesting comments about the difference between the American and Australia psyches. Ask an American how he's doing and he'll say, "Great! Couldn't be better!" Ask an Aussie and he'll say, "Not bad." Hehe.
Many Americans believe in the self-made man, and that successful individuals shouldn't be told by government how to live their lives or be taxed to pay for those less "successful". Most Aussies believe in "a fair go" for everybody.
America didn't become the world's richest and most powerful country because of its benevolence ya know.
