Clever young man.We had a neighborhood lad that donned a skirt a few years back to school. He claimed it was a kilt. It was plaid, but it was infact a skirt.He can now be found smoking a joint down by the unemployement office.
The boy who exploited this loophole is bound for either law school or a seminary.
I just love the way that he is so confident...and so well spoken.Older than his years.
The skirt is OK, but he'd better keep his shirt on. :)
