" The Way We Were. . . ."

  OK, RadJoe, here you go. . . . . ;-)

Mem'ries,
Light the corners of my mind
Misty water-colored memories
Of the way we were
Scattered pictures,
Of the smiles we left behind
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were
Can it be that it was all so simple then?
Or has time re-written every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again
Tell me, would we? Could we?
Mem'ries, may be beautiful and yet
What's too painful to remember
We simply choose to forget
So it's the laughter
We will remember
Whenever we remember...
The way we were...

  1. Justin, Thanks for the Memories.
You'd think that it was many, many
years since that picture, you published today. Like Mom and Day
says when you were just a little
tyke, I don't want you to grow up,
just stay the way you are. We all
know that you have to grow and
become whom you are, and you still
    make your parents happy either
way. It is a way we say that none
of us want to grow old. We find out
their is an end that we don't want
to think of. But there is a Much
Happier Place where Life is Without
an End. I Sang the Song as I read
    all the Lyrics. Thanks Justin,
You are not the Cheesey or was
it cheecky guy, your Profs said
to you, when welcoming you into
    Your Professor Adjunct Program!!!
Thanks For the Picture, I Love It!!!

    and the great Home Life!!!

  4. The many looks of our host in the dunes. Either way, very welcoming. I just wish they had more cameras on the cape to capture even more.

  5. What I loved about that photo were your eyes.
Eyes are important....and you have beautiful smiling eyes, it's such a shame to hide them Justin.

How about using another up to date pic of you with your eyes on your blog, not the icognito "Harry the blowfly" sunglasses look, please?
