    The LAW = The one who has the power to issue the ticket!

    Is this right? Of course not. . . but "the LAW" also has a tazer in his vehicle. Do I think this Officer would use it? Yes, I do.

    Casey will continue to be the loser. . and the one smashing up his body. . .to what avail?

    There is NO WIN-WIN with STUPIDITY. . . or a tazzer-gun!

    He's also a NY film-maker and his Youtube vid is attracting huge hits.

    Around here, it is illeagal to ride, park or obstruct the bike lane in any way... Even to avoid an accident in the driving lane.

    Being an ex-cyclist I LOVE this guy! He should have 'pushed' for his rights a lot more. If more people did thid maybe someone in power would listen. It's all about numbers people....even tasers can't stop that.
